Property Maintenance Procedures

Albany Property Management conducts monthly property inspections.  We document these inspections digitally.  We check the general condition of the property and document required maintenance and repairs.  We take the service we provide seriously and treat your property as if it were our own.  These inspections include, but are not limited to:

Owners will be informed immediately of needed repairs, whether caused by normal "wear and tear" or from tenant neglect.  Any maintenance or repair requirement caused through neglect will be charged directly to the tenant.

Any and all repairs will be performed by qualified licensed contractors and completed work will be inspected by applicable housing authorities when required.  Albany Property Management staff will actively monitor all work scheduled through completion and will ensure any required inspection is accomplished.
